Hakuba is located 45km due West of Nagano, the gateway city for the ski resorts known as the 'Japan Alps'. The Nagano region is located 280km North West of Tokyo on Honshu, Japan's largest island.

Can I book Hakuba transfers with Samurai Snow?
We are only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.
Narita or Haneda Airport - Hakuba Taxi
Private taxi transfer services are available between Hakuba and Tokyo Narita or Tokyo Haneda Airport.
Sharing a taxi transfer with other travellers is a great way to reduce the cost if you have a small group.
Shared taxis are available between Haneda Airport and Hakuba (unless you are arriving at Haneda on an international flight)
Narita Airport - Hakuba Bus
The Nagano Snow Shuttle is a great value bus service offering both a Narita Airport to Hakuba bus for arrival and a Hakuba to Narita Airport bus for departure, stopping in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo along the way.
The total transfer time is 5.5 to 6 hours.
Haneda Airport - Hakuba Bus
The Nagano Snow Shuttle is a great value bus service offering both a Haneda Airport to Hakuba bus for arrival and a Hakuba to Haneda Airport bus for departure, stopping in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo along the way.
The total transfer time is 5 to 5.5 hours.
Nagano - Hakuba Taxi
Private Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from Nagano Station or your Nagano hotel to Hakuba and vice versa with a choice of 2-person or 7-person vehicle sizes offered.
The transfer time is 1 to 1.5 hours
Inter-Resort Taxi
Private Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from one of the other resorts in the Japan Alps - Myoko, Nozawa, Shiga Kogen and Madarao Kogen to Hakuba.
Jumbo size 8-seater vehicles are used for these transfer routes.
Inter-Resort Bus
Nagano Snow Shuttle operates a convenient bus service between Hakuba and the other resorts in the Japan Alps - Myoko, Nozawa, Shiga Kogen & Madarao.
A change of vehicle may be required at Nagano Station.
